The Toner Prize is among journalism’s most prestigious awards for political reporting in the U.S. The prize is open to journalists working in any medium, across any platform. Its annual presentation, together with an address by a major public figure, is a celebration of the continuing vitality of American political journalism. The event attracts many of the biggest names in journalism, elected officials, and luminaries in the art and business of American politics.
